Where can I see a bkg overseas product?

The BKG Overseas showroom is the perfect place to view our collections. We are situated at BKG Road Firozabad, Sector 7 Noida & Expo Mart Noida. With 4 Big showrooms you can get access to our huge collection.

How can I see a sample of a finish?

We understand that finish samples are a vital part of pulling together a scheme. We have samples of almost all the materials and colour variations that we offer. If for some reason we don’t have the one you want, we will endeavour to our best to help. Can I change the finish or customise the size of a product?

We understand that not everything about our glass ticks every box, the good news is that you can customize our designs to suit your individual needs. You can choose to customise our glass with all kinds of changes, adapt the finish and size, or make larger distinctive alterations. All you need to do is send us your specifications either as text or as a sketch and cad we’ll provide you with a full quotation and shop drawings. How long will it take to receive my order?

The length of time it takes for us to fulfil your order will more often than not be product dependant but as rule lead times from payment received (approx) are as follows:
Stock items: 15-20 working days New Order : 60- 65 working days Sample’s order :15-20 days

Term of payment :
1- 30% advance and balance payment 70% TT against scan copy of BL.
3- LC
Dispatch Date: Ex-factory will be 65-75 days after receiving 30% advance and Signed PI.

How will my order be delivered?

Once you have confirmed ,you can receive delivery date then we will take booking then it’s our responsibility to delivered the goods on port through CHA and its take 7-10 working days for custom clearance to be processed, The main functions performed by our agents arrangement for transport to the port arrangement for shipment overseas, customs clearance of cargo, procurement of transport and other documents. Then our (CHA) will contact to your designated Freight Forwarder directly and will handover the goods to your freight forwarder.  As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. Specific delivery dates and time slots are available upon request but are charged at an additional rate.
